Paribus investment companies in the Rail asset class

The Paribus Group has been issuing closed-end investments in the Rail sector since 2008. And since 2014, Paribus Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, which has held a licence to operate an external capital management company (Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft) under the KAGB since January 2015, has bundled the Paribus Group’s expertise in managing investment assets in accordance with the KAGB.

Paribus Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft develops, initiates and manages closed-end Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) for private as well as semi-professional and professional investors. The AIFs invest in the asset classes Rail, Real Estate and Private Equity.

The investment objects of the AIFs in the Rail asset class are shunting and mainline locomotives with diesel or electric drive.
