Paribus Development GmbH bundles the Real Estate project developments of the Paribus Group. The projects focus on land and existing properties with development potential, from purchase or from entry into a partnership with an investment volume of EUR 30 million or more. The preferred locations are in the German metropolitan regions of A- and selected B-cities, such as Bonn, Hanover or Wiesbaden. The prioritised types of use here are Office, Residential and Hotel.
As an initiator, manager, coordinator and controller, we attach great importance to a personal and cooperative relationship – with all participants and in every phase of the projects. Together with architects, civil engineers and planners, we are involved with passion and a high level of personal commitment from the idea to the “handing over of the keys”, from the feasibility study to the structural implementation. The aim is for modern and sustainable utilisation concepts to shape urban working and living spaces and, at the same time, for the projects to be economically competitive.
