Paribus investment companies in the Real Estate asset class

The Paribus Group has been issuing closed-end investments in the Real Estate sector since 2003. And since 2014, Paribus Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, which has held a licence to operate an external capital management company (Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft) under the KAGB since January 2015, has bundled the Paribus Group’s expertise in managing investment assets in accordance with the KAGB.

Paribus Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft develops, initiates and manages closed-end Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) for private as well as semi-professional and professional investors. The AIFs invest in the asset classes Real Estate, Rail and Private Equity.

The investment properties of the AIFs in the Real Estate asset class can be Office, Commercial, Hotel and/or Residential properties – in Germany and abroad.
