Paribus Immobilien Assetmanagement GmbH is one of the main pillars of the Paribus Group. With strategic vision and operational pragmatism, the team of around 20 experts takes care of the Real Estate assetmanagement of the currently 34 portfolio properties in Germany and abroad. The total investment volume of the active portfolio amounts to approximately EUR 1.3 billion. The lettable space under management is currently around 395.200 m², of which the smallest property comprises 2.670 m² and the largest 36.917 m².
