The German Investment Code (KAGB) stipulates that the net asset value (NAV) of the investment company and the resulting net asset value per share must be calculated at least once a year. In addition, the investment company’s assets are assessed to determine their total value. The net asset value is calculated by subtracting the investment company’s payables from its assets.
