Sports projects
More space for bicycles than for cars: Paribus supports cyclists
Cycling is environmentally conscious and keeps the heart and circulation going. Paribus has sufficient parking spaces in the underground car park for all those who come to the company by bike. There are even more bicycles parked here than cars.
Always moving: Paribus supports the team’s sporting activities
We take responsibility – for our investors and our employees as well. As a balance to the daily work routine, we offer participation in a Hamburg running or sports event every year. Whether it’s the Haspa Staffel Marathon, the MoPo Staffel Run or the Staffel Triathlon (local relay running events) – anything is possible and Paribus teams have competed everywhere in recent years. In the run-up, we train together diligently. Then comes the big day: the run – and it’s even better with great support from colleagues. The result is secondary, because in the end it’s the shared experience that counts – and not just for the Paribus sports team, but also for the Paribus cheering team on the side of the road. Bringing movement into the lunch break: Paribus supports the health of employees at work
We take precautions so that everyday work at the desk doesn’t eventually pinch your neck or back. Bewegte Mittagspause is a holistic movement concept to promote the health of employees in the workplace. Even a training session of 30 minutes per week helps to reduce back and neck pain and promote long-term health. Anyone who is interested can take part in the workplace-specific exercise training – a short sporting break at lunchtime to improve personal well-being.
Art projects
On a discovery tour: Paribus supports salondergegenwart
Since 2011, salondergegenwart has been presenting contemporary artists as part of a three-day art exhibition in Hamburg, with the aim of bringing artists and art lovers together. Alongside established artists, talented newcomers are also showcased.
Social projects
With an eye for others: Paribus supports the DKMS
Health is the highest good. We are happy to help people who are not feeling so well at the moment to find relief and quickly get back to enjoying life.
We support the DKMS gemeinnützige GmbH and help in the search for a suitable stem cell donor. As an employer, the Paribus Group pays a registration fee to the DKMS for each employee.
Giving is a matter of the heart: Paribus supports the Sternenbrücke children’s hospice
For every private parcel that employees have sent to the Paribus Group headquarters, they donate 50 cents. At the end of the year, the total amount of the donations goes to the Sternenbrücke children’s hospice.
