Paribus Invest | BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Investment solutions in Germany and other European countries
Paribus Invest GmbH offers structured investment solutions in accordance with the German Capital Investment Code (Kapitalanlagegesetzbuch, KAGB). These alternative investment funds (AIF) of the Paribus Group are designed as capital investments for private or semi-professional investors. The AIFs are created by Paribus Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH and presented by Paribus Invest GmbH to financial intermediaries for inclusion in their portfolio.
Currently, around 46.200 investors have invested in Paribus fund companies in the assets Real Estate, Rail and Private Equity funds of funds.
The fund portfolio is composed as follows:
- Real estate of different types of use in Germany and other European countries
- Diesel and electric locomotives for the rail freight transport
- European medium-sized corporate investments (small and mid caps)
Long-standing connection and well looked after
We maintain long-standing contacts with bank, savings bank and independent financial advisers as well as with institutional investors such as foundations, pension funds and family offices that offer Paribus investments in their portfolios. We support our business partners with detailed advertising materials such as fund presentations and information documents in accordance with WpHG requirements (German Securities Trading Act, Wertpapierhandelsgesetz WpHG) so that they can fully inform and advise (end) investors. We have internalised the service concept and find individual solutions for marketing the funds.
Understanding and accompanying
The product must fit the investor – and vice versa. For us, well-founded information within the scope of investment brokerage is the most important component of a trusting collaboration. That is why we jointly sound out the opportunities and risks of the Paribus investments. We have in-depth market and product knowledge and offer extensive training for the successful brokerage of funds. Only those who know all the details of a product can give the investor an optimal recommendation based on his risk profile.
From the first to the last minute, we stay in touch. From the placement to the sale of the investment, we connect and exchange ideas with our sales partners – in partnership and on an equal footing. We monitor markets and their developments. We provide comprehensive and transparent information on the progress of the investment, the payouts, any pending resolutions and the performance of the investment.
