The fund company has invested in a university building at the Bamberg site and a university building at the Coburg site.
Campus Bamberg: Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg
- Six-storey new university building with partial basement as a rectangular structure with four smaller transverse wings.
- Layout:
- Ground floor: teaching rooms (seminar and exercise rooms) and cafeteria
- Upper floors: staff offices
Location of the object:
- North-western part of Bamberg on the so-called ERBA island between the left branch of the Regnitz and the Main-Danube Canal.
Campus Coburg: Hochschule Coburg
- Portfolio real estate (listed, historic Hofbrauhaus Coburg) dating from 1856 and rebuilt after a fire in 1999 and structured in a modern way as:
- Modern, flexibly usable four-storey office building with two attic storeys and adjoining outbuilding (brewhouse).
- Three-storey new building (completed in 2012), which integrates ten historic cellar vaults in the basement
- Refectory with around 500 m² of lettable space
Location of the object:
- Approximately 600 m in a south-westerly direction from Coburg’s market square.
